Running the Voice Capture Demo

On your first time running the application, it will prompt you to allow access to your microphone. You must accept this prompt for Voice Capture to work correctly. If access is denied, this can be changed by going to Application settings on your device and allowing the requested permission. Please restart the application after changing the permission from denied to accepted if this occurs.

After accepting the requested permissions, you will be brought to the home screen. The first thing to do is go to the settings screen via the menu in the upper right-hand corner. Enter the username you want to use for logging purposes on the back-end. Set your server URL to a Voice Liveness service. Upon returning to the home screen, the username should be filled in and the server status should be a green checkmark. If the server is unreachable, the server status will be a red X. In this case, please contact your IT department to ensure the server can be reached from the device.
